Gas Production
Oil Horizons places a high priority on the expansion of its processing volume and the production of energy at its own power plants, as well as its operating activities in the domains of gas production and transportation. To assure the best performance of connected petroleum gas consumption, the most cutting-edge equipment is utilized in all fields of the Oil Horizons.
An integrated system for gathering and using the gas must include the processing of associated petroleum gas. The Company’s gas processing facility is a cutting-edge facility that can produce liquid hydrocarbons and dry stripped gas, both of which are extensively used in Kazakhstan industrial and commercial operations. The plant’s goods are of exceptional quality and meet both technical standards set by the Customs Union and government standards in Kazakhstan.
Gas production and delivery, as well as increasing processing capacity and producing electricity at its own power plants, are priorities for Oil Horizons. Oil Horizons uses the most modern equipment in all of its locations to provide the best performance of connected petroleum gas usage. The bigger system for gathering and utilising the gas includes the processing of related petroleum gas. The Company’s gas processing plant is a cutting-edge facility that can create liquid hydrocarbons and dry stripped gas, both of which are extensively used in Kazakhstani industry and commerce. The plant produces high-quality goods that adhere to technical criteria set by the state and the Customs Union.
Oil Horizons became a leader in the comprehensive approach to gas processing growth in 2023 by founding the Gas Processing Division (UPG). 10.3 million cubic meters of natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), and dry stripped gas were transported by the Oil Horizons in all of 2023. The Oil Horizons sold 10 million cubic meters, or 14% of all gas shipments. Due to increasing gas production, global gas sales increased by 3% on a yearly basis to 6 million cubic meters. The operators and passengers of public transportation will soon profit from less expensive petrol and a more optimistic outlook in the local mobility sector. Another significant prospect for the LPG business is the replacement of gasoline and diesel in river vessels.
